Chairman of the State Information Service Ayman Al-Kaffas Tuesday 13/3/2007 said the SIS seeks to spread the media message to all corners of the globe through a comprehensive plan to promote its performance inside the country and outside.

In statements to MENA, he said the development of the SIS performance aims at presenting the true image of Egypt, especially the latest developments that include reform and democracy.

He pointed to the SIS's 32 media bureaus in several world capitals which aim at promoting for tourism and investment in Egypt and getting people acquainted with all the country's aspects of life. The SIS intends to develop these offices through providing them with the necessary state-of-the-art devices.

He pointed to a plan to increase the number of technology clubs and electronic publications in the various political, social, economic, historical and cultural fields.
