Under the sponsorship of Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak, State Information Service celebrates next year the 30th anniversary of cooperation between SIS and the German Hans Zeidel Foundation and the establishment of Nile centers for internal information in 1978. The celebration aims to disseminate the thought and philosophy of Nile centers for direct communication and developmental information as well as the spread of the Nile centers experience as a model of cultural cooperation between Egypt and Germany.

For his part, SIS Chairman Ayman el-Kaffas confirmed that the activities of the Nile centers for internal information serve as a major element and a basic pillar of SIS action in the service of the community. El-Kaffas cited that the celebration, to start on January 1, 2008 till the end of June, would reflect the extent of efforts exerted and the experience acquired all over the years.
