Cairo, Sharm airports ready to receive WEF guests

The Cairo and Sharm al-Sheikh airports are ready to receive some 1,800 guests of the World Economic Forum (WEF) due in the Red Sea resort on May 20.

The airports will receive planes of VIPs and officials attending the event, said the Chairman of the Holding Company for Airports and Aviation, Ibrahim Manaa.

EgyptAir will operate a direct line between Cairo and Sharm al-Sheikh throughout the period of the forum, Manaa noted.
