ITU to honor Mrs.Suzanne Mubarak

International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is to honor Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak, the Chairperson and founder of the Suzanne Mubarak Women's International Peace Movement (SMWIPM), by granting her “World Telecommunication and Information Society Day “2008 award.

This comes during celebrations to be held at Cairo International Conference Center (CICC) Thursday in appreciation of Mrs. Mubarak efforts and initiatives for women empowerments youth, children of special needs, as well as promoting peace culture.
