Mubarak inaugurates Telecom Africa 2008 Exhibition

President Hosni Mubarak on Sunday 11/5/2008 opened Telecom Africa 2008 Exhibition that houses products of 200 companies from 40 countries.

The exhibition houses products of ground and mobile phones and the coming generation of telecommunications and information technology.

Attending the inauguration ceremony were Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif and several Cabinet ministers.

Starting the inspection tour, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Tarek Kamel expounded to President Mubarak African and international cooperation with Egypt in the information technology domain.

Meanwhile, Mubarak opened the national conference on updating secondary education in Egypt at Al-Azhar Conferences Centre in Nasr City.

Attending the opening ceremony was Cabinet ministers and several public figures and experts.

The conference is meant to outline a description of the skills of secondary students and associating secondary education with the virtual needs of the labor market.
