Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak said on Monday 18/8/2008 that the "One Million Books" initiative has successed , which is part of the "Reading-for-All" national campaign.

Wrapping up her visit to Mansoura city, Daqahliyah governorate, Mrs. Mubarak said the High Committee for Reading-for-All campaign has started implementing the second stage of the initiative.

The re-printing and distribution of books were finalized to meet the mounting demands of all reading amateurs, Mrs. Mubarak added.

The initiative aims at helping youths to get books they like to read for free.

It also aims at distributing books for free to public library and Youth Center frequenters.
