French tourists not afraid in spite of terrorist attacks

French tourists in Cairo said that they will continue with their holiday in Egypt, sightseeing and enjoying the country’s attractive tourist sites.

The tourists told France Info Radio Service that they are not afraid of being attacked by terrorists, because Egyptians are hospitable and very friendly to foreigners.

The tourists stressed that they were keeping abreast of the news about the two tourist attacks last Saturday in downtown Cairo and el-Sayyeda Aisha. Nevertheless, they insist that they will continue with their holiday because they love Egypt.

French travel agents said they did not cancel any flight to Egypt or receive complaints from tourists to return home and cut short their journey.

On the other hand, Port Said harbor received yesterday two boats coming from Greece with about 1000 passengers on board.
