We need from the 9th congress of the National Democratic Party (NDP) to create a new atmosphere to provide the required ability for launching the national work.

The new atmosphere need as a starting point a true understand for the valve and meaning of liberty. Liberty is the ability to develop a free and open community based on social justice and respect for country rights and citizens liberties.

NDP started 5 years ago the correction movement under the slogan "The New Idea" to enter a new era without any obstacles delaying the country progress and development.

The last 5 years were enough to understand the meaning of the new slogan and to concentrate on using the new tools and methods to face the new challenges.

The new idea emphasized our competitive abilities putting in our consideration that we still have more steps to build more science and knowledge abilities basing on the modern requirements of science, education, research and prospection.

We need to develop our political participation culture through increasing dialogues, interaction and connection. Thus the true achievement for the majority party is his ability to lead the political life of the country. I think that the NDP has played this role and shouldered this responsibility with honor and honesty through difficult times and challenges in the inside and outside and will continue to do so.
