• Member of several scientific societies and on the editorial and reviewing boards of international scientific journals and periodicals.
• Designed, developed and implemented (owner of IP) several software packages used at several universities, research labs and international companies in the areas of simulating video transmission over wireless and ATM channels, simulation of communication systems, Egyptian Food Databases abiding to International coding.
• Publications: 56 papers in international peer reviewed journals and conferences, 2 books and 11 invited talks (conferences and workshops).
