Egypt is part of Africa

The African tours of President Hosni Mubarak to many African countries confirm that Egypt will remain an integral part of Africa by virtue of geography and history. So, President Mubarak, during his last tour, which started with South Africa and then Uganda that he didn't visit since he was a Vice-President, was keen on boosting bilateral relations, signing joint agreements and discussing the African issues.

The President's tour has attracted the attention of the international media, they described it as so important and will have a positive effect at the African level in the development projects, increasing investments, in addition to benefiting from the Egyptian experience in many fields for its pioneering role in Africa, and for its political and economic weight.

The presidents of South Africa and Uganda praised the wisdom of President Mubarak in dealing with all the critical African and international files.

President Mubarak's continuous tours whether to Europe, Africa or the Arab countries are evidence that he carries the troubles of his country and that he has insight and vision which aim at implementing the balance between the internal and external policies, as well as boosting the relations which will benefit everybody.
