The visit of President Mubarak to Poland is the first ever of an Egyptian leader since establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1927. The visit confirms Mubarak's desire to boost Egypt's relations with the whole world in favor of the Egyptians. During his visits abroad, Mubarak usually carries the file of the Egyptian citizen's problems, seeking to promote Egypt's relations with world countries in the interest of a better life for our people.
The President usually highlights the Palestinian issue and the developments in Iraq, Lebanon, the Gulf, Darfur and Somalia in his talks with world leaders. In this context, Mubarak's consultations with the Polish President unveil Poland's desire to play an important role regarding the above issues.
