Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazif said during his meeting with the members of the National Democratic party's parliamentary body of Alexandria and Matrouh that the stage to come will witness concentrations on social reform in order to raise the standard of living for the limited income citizens.

Nazif added that government is adopting all measures for carrying out the electoral programme of President Honsi Mubarak.

The government was forced to raise the prices of energy to strike a balance at the subsidy offered to petroleum products and budget due to the growing demand and the high world prices and to use the sums made available for subsidizing other fields such as health, education, roads and drinking water.
