Israel practices arrogance during its war on Lebanon and Palestine depending on the US green light and absence of any opposition by the international community while Arabs keep silent. Israel killed many Palestinians during last years without any condemnation, but when an Israeli soldier was kidnapped the Israeli army waged a US-backed and EU-blessed war for the sake of its soldier.

US President George W Bush said that Israel has the right to defend itself and whispered to his partner Tony Blair "We have to stop Syria and Hezbollah and destroy them". The US aims, through practicing pressures on Lebanon, at forcing Lebanon to hold direct negotiations with Israel.

To achieve this goal, Israel focuses on targeting the Lebanese infrastructure to lead Lebanon to ask for the US and European aid to rebuild the infrastructure against implementing the US requests including disarmament of resistance and spreading the Lebanese army in south Lebanon.

For the first time since the beginning of Israeli-Arab conflict, we find the Arab weapons, represented in weapons of Hezbollah, reach the Israeli cities. The Israeli people felt that they are not away from danger of wars. On the other hand, Arabs felt, for first time, that there is an Arab power threatening Israel.

What makes the matter strange is the speech of Bush who alleged that Iran and Syria supports Hezbollah and ignored the support introduced by the United States to Israel including modern weapons, US Jewish soldiers. Also, heads of the American and European governments talked about the humanitarian side for hijacking three Israeli soldiers and ignored the daily human disasters due to killing hundreds of Arabs. Israel arrested leaders of Hamas and killed tens of them without any protest by the US president.

They are talking about the human rights but they mean the American and European peoples as other peoples are no more than valueless creatures.
