War crime

The Qana massacre committed by the Israeli forces last Sunday has raised angry Arab and international responses to the extent of regarding it as a war crime which requires international investigation. The massacre has also brought about inquires in Israel itself given that a number of analysts and writers regarded what happened in Qana as a war crime.

The Qana massacre and the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Lebanese people have made many Israeli analysts infer that the Israeli assault on the Lebanese civilians and the destruction of Lebanon's infrastructure serve as an unjustifiable aggression which lacks moral and legal basis. All the testimonies written by Israelis concerning the crimes of the Israeli forces in the Palestinian territories and Lebanon require an intensive Arab move to sue Israel and Israeli officials.
