The Israeli offensive war on Lebanon threw the light on the chaos spread all over the world and violation of the international legitimacy of a safe country affirms that the issue is related to hostile targets and not thinking of peace or international cooperation.

The US shoulders responsibility of the failure of both the Doha conference in the commercial negotiations on supporting the industrial and agricultural products and the Rome conference on Lebanon. The US policy exceeded the political field to the economic one where it pays no attention to any partner on the international level even the EU countries.

The Rome conference did not talk about cessation of military operations and talked about the donor countries which will participate in rebuilding Lebanon. The Rome meeting failed because the US gave Israel the right to continue attacks.

On the economic level, the Doha meeting failed and the World Trade Organization General Manager blamed the US as responsible for negotiations failure. He said that the negotiations which lasted for five years have stopped and that the developing countries will be affected by said matter and in spite of attempts made to reach an agreement on support of the agricultural products, but the US assumed its role to make the failure.

It seems that hawks of the US administration hate the whole world and love death and destruction. The new policy depends on facing and hindering all acts not useful for the US interests and its first ally Israel.
