In his speech before the emergency meeting of the Arab foreign ministers in Beirut, Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora addressed the sensations of the Arabs, yet Siniora's seven-point plan confirms that he is a powerful official who does not abandon the rights of his country regardless of the surrounding circumstances. The Arab League acted, therefore, to explain the Lebanese issue in the UN Security Council given that the AL Secretary General Amr Moussa confirmed during his visit to New York that the international community should have halted the aggression right from the very beginning.
Moussa also criticized the US-French draft resolution concerning Lebanon. Talking about the US role supporting Israel, what US President George W. Bush and US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said about democracy and humanity is mere words based on nothing given the bitter reality in the Middle East.
Beholding what the US democracy did in Iraq and Afghanistan and the continued threat to Syria and the Israeli assault on Lebanon, everyone would realize the US big lie which has no target but to create a new Middle East under the US hegemony.
