As the Palestinian national resistance stated it will not harm the abducted Israeli soldier, the Israeli war machinery continues its brutal attacks against innocent Palestinians paying no heed to all human laws and norms.

The Israeli army killed more than 30 Palestinians and injured hundreds, since kidnapping the Israeli soldier, in a collective punishment policy with no mercy. Israel also arrested 64 of Hamas officials including 8 ministers and 56 members in the Legislative Council without justifications.

Israeli Infrastructure Minister declared, before journalists, he is proud of the Israeli criminal history affirming its ability to hijack more of Palestinian officials. Such a statement affirms the "state terror" followed by the Israeli government.

In spite of Israeli violations, the Palestinian resistance promised to deal the Israeli soldier according to the Islamic Sharia to affirm to the whole world the human and tolerant policy of Islam in dealing with POWs.

At the same time, the current Palestinian dilemma in face of Israeli aggression resulted in positive steps and encouraged Palestinians to unite their lines against the Israeli conspiracy aiming at stopping the Palestinian struggle for ending occupation and establishing an independent state.
