The Free Social Constitutional Party is headed by Mr. Mamdouh Qenawi.

Goals:
The party presses for introducing political and democratic reforms as an effort to maintain Egypt's national interest.

Platform:
The party platform calls for:
• Drafting a new Constitution.
• Reforming the education system.
• Reforming the health sector.
• Creating a favorable atmosphere for investment, cutting down taxes, uprooting the red tape, and offering adequate services to the citizens.
• Strictly reviewing and examing the State budget.
• Stipulating the People's Assembly approval for naming senior officials.
• Establihsing a bank to offer loans to the poor.

The party & presidential elections:
The party nominated its head, Mr. Mamdouh Qenawi, to run for Egypt's first contested presidential elections.
