President Hosni Mubarak will take part in the 16th annual session of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World opening in Alexandria on Wednesday November 30.

Scientists and researchers from different parts of the world will be participating.

Mubarak will address the opening session on Egypt's central role in support of scientific research along with promoting cooperation between developing and developed countries in this field.

Mubarak is also expected to honor a number of distinguished academy scientists.
