President Mubarak affirmed, during his meeting with National Democratic Party candidates via video conference which was attended by all candidate ministers, that Egyptians Muslims and Christians are all one people. Mubarak said that any attempt to harm unity of Muslims and Christians in Egypt will result in nothing because we all defend Egypt as happened in the glorious October war. Maintaining unity is everyone's responsibility, Mubarak added. President Mubarak stressed the necessity of forming a strong parliament capable of completing reform in the coming stage and putting laws to participate in developing Egypt and help limited-income brackets. Mubarak pledged to achieve all what he promised in his platform for the presidential elections because it will realize a great leap for Egypt in all fields. |
