President Hosni Mubarak will open the first session of the interim Arab parliament at the Arab League (AL) headquarters Tuesday.

 

Mubarak will address the opening session of the 88-member parliament. Other Arab leaders to address the opening session include Algerian President Abdel-Aziz Bouteflika, Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berry and AL Secretary General Amr Moussa.
