The 4th annual congress of the National Democratic Party will be hold during September 19-21 under the emblem of "New Thought and another set off towards the future".

 The new emblem of the NDP this year inducts the nature of the new stage and targets of the national action. The second beginning is the group of the constitutional amendments. This congress is preparing for a second governmental and partisan onset that starts with reforming the partisan bodies and activating the partisan performance.

 

Work papers of the annual congress

The congress comprises many of the work papers counted to 28 pure Egyptian papers that are divided into 3 types:

 

1. Political papers; in which the approved policies by the party and the government will be reviewed like education, health insurance, transport, youths and woman.

 
2. Discussable papers; in which the party propounds new topics in front of the congress members to take their approval, then refers them to the congress committees to be tackled. In this context, there are two topics ready for discussion: the first copes with the Egyptian national security and future of the Mideast.

 

The second is related with energy policies, including electricity, petroleum, gas and the energy re-born elements. Future of energy will be argued under the population increase, consumption rate increase and Egypt resources of energy and its future.

3. Working papers are partisan visions that include issues of housing, sanitary drainage, water and constructional grasping.

 

These papers are considered a sort of follow up to what has been achieved in these additional domains. Besides, the achievement booklet according to President Mubarak electoral program. This booklet titled "We promised and fulfilled".
