Policies of work determine the terms and procedures of selecting NDP candidates for the general elections as well as bases of participation of different organizational levels through the electoral compounds.
Selection of candidates is subject to the rules of Article 67. No one of NDP members is allowed to nominate himself in the elections in violation of this article, otherwise he will be judged according to rules of this system.
