President Mubarak, the NDP president received a report from NDP Secretary-General, Safwat El Sherif, on the first stage of NDP interior election. The report said that the total of the number of candidates reached 36.419.

The report explained that the number of voters participated in the election reached 132.494. 

According to reports received by El Sherif, he predicted that the rate of change ranging from 40 to 50%, pointing out that percentage represented a great success and confirming the full seriousness to choose the best.
