President Hosni Mubarak, leader of the National Democratic Party, received Monday a comprehensive report from NDP Secretary-General Safwat el-Sherif on the final results of the party, grassroots election held in the governorates over the past two months.

The report also showed an increase of the participation of youths and women in the elections.

Sherif said that the report included the preparations for the three-day 9th NDP's annual conference due on November 3.
