French Poetess: Egypt is One of the Most Beautiful Countries in the World
Marie - Louise Dol is a French poetess and member of the International Union For Francophone Press has fallen in love with Egypt.

Since the first moment of her arrival in Egypt, last winter, and over her second visit, she discovered things that have been invisible even to its citizens.

She is not only a poetess; she comes from a French conservative family, studied medicine and nursing, then informatics.

Marie says that Egypt is rich in its human wealth. As to its people, it's another story. Egypt knows well how to welcome her guests, how to open her heart and home to any stranger. I've learned much from Egypt. I have been to Al Hussein, Al Azhar, Al Haram and Alexandria. I enjoyed the beauty of the northern coast and spent my happiest days in the Egyptian countryside.

Egypt to me is everything beautiful and nice. I've loved the sound of call to  prayer, it creates a state of awakening hat moves the hearts of Egyptians. I've even loved the noise of streets, and horns of automobiles, as they are symbol of intimate relations among people and calls for union and love and an expression of gaiety.

Marie-Louise Dol says that her first visit to Egypt was at the Muslim Greater Bairam. “I was very happy with the idea of sacrifice in which you can see how the rich can make the poor happy?”
She never thought of leaving Egypt after the explosions of Sharm el Sheikh. As terrorism - in her opinion - is an international phenomenon. There is no country that is immune against it. Therefore she was keen to stay in Egypt for the longest time possible to say with us “No for Terrorism”.
