Integrated Care Society (ICS) is very keen on getting youth and women to acquire some skills that would enable them to enter work market.

For this purpose, the ICS is concluding agreements with various donors to provide vocational training, within its premises, for targeted groups.

Targeted Groups

ICS targets limited-income women and unemployed young graduates in the heavily-populated, underprivileged areas.

General Objective

ICS aims to raise social and economic standards of unemployed young graduates andintegrated care 20 families in targeted areas through building their capabilities and skills so as to be qualified for getting good job opportunities or starting their own small-scale projects.

Training Components

- Information technology skills for small-scale businesses and projects.
- Planning small scale projects, accounting basics and negotiating and marketing skills.
- Basics of English language.
- Computer maintenance, software, networking and communication devices.
- Drawing business plans and designing websites, which reflect how the trainees benefited from the training in marketing their products and services.
- Dressmaking, sewing and leather works through productive workshops that sell their products.
- Household crafts and plumbing.
- Household commodities maintenance.

Other Privileges

- ICS grants distinguished graduates of the training programs revolving loans to start their own small-scale projects.
- ICS finds them jobs in companies and factories
