The Integrated Care Society (ICS) has established the sporting cultural club in Ain Shams in November 1986, aiming to introduce cultural, educational, sporting and social services for members of the family in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and other bodies.

Services by the club:

Cultural services:

• A general library provided with up-to-date references, books, encyclopedias and periodicals. The library organizes seminars, tours, competitions and poetic parties.

Sporting services:

- Teams of football, basketball, volleyball and table tennis (ping-pong).
- A department for sporting shows.
- Gymnasium for men and women.

Education services:

- Classes for eliminating illiteracy.
- Classes for educating students of schools in different stages.
- Laboratories for teaching specialized computer programs.
- Workshops for training women on dressmaking and cutting out.
- Courses in vocational training in computer maintenance and small projects management to provide youths with skills enabling them to join the work market.

Social services:

- Teams for children to teach them different values of life.
- Journeys and camps.
- Revolving loans for the bread-winner woman against small interest rates and to be repaid according to periodical installments.
