Egypt's State Information Service (SIS) issued a special edition of "African Horizons" periodical within the framework of the its participation in the fourth ministerial meeting of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, to be hosted by the Egyptian Red Sea Resort of Sharm El-Sheikh on November 8-9.

Ambassador Ismail Khairat, the SIS Chairman, said in statements Tuesday 3/11/2009 that "African Horizons" gives a preview of topics expected to figure high during the gathering's discussions.

The new publication also features a number of studies and reports that speak about Africa-China ties in the past, present and future, especially amid surrounding international variables and challenges besetting such ties, he added.
