President Hosni Mubarak opened Wednesday 8/3/2006 Avex 2006, the second international Air Show and Aviation Expo at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.

The exhibition will run for three days and is the only venue for both private and public aviation companies to display civil airplanes and helicopters, commercial and business aircraft, as well as related equipment, accessories and services.

Avex 2006 features a dynamic air show, technical seminars, and other indoor and outdoor events.

Some 45 specialized companies are taking part.
