"Minister of Culture Farouq Hosni has agreed to organize an archaeological exhibition, to mark tomorrow's solar eclipse which will be visible in el-Sallum," said Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities Zahi Hawass.

"The SCA's exhibition in el-Sallum will consist of 60 replica antiquities, the most important of which is a sundial that dates to early Pharaonic times, reflecting the Pharaohs' interest in the sun," he added.
