Saturday 2-9-2006 was the closure of El Sharqia International Arab Horses Festival activities under the sponsorship of Ahmed Nazeif the Prime Minister and the counsel Yahia Abd El Meged El Sharkia governor. The festival lasted for four days which witnessed a group of championships and shows, such as El Asatiza championship ( Masters championship) at hurdle jump for the President Hosny Mubark Cup.

The festival program also included a group of shows, such as winner horses show at horse courtesy championship, in addition to horse movement forming show accompanied by music, young horsemen gymnastic show on horse back, coaching show accompanied by music, winner horses show at horse beauty and column gymnastic.
