The Egyptian Tourist Authority took part in the Global Meetings and Incentive Exhibition (EIBTM) that was held recently in Barcelona.

Deputy Chairman of the Authority Sayed Mehriz Khalifa delivered a presentation about Egypt.

The presentation was titled "Seven reasons to choose Egypt as a destination for tourist incentives". He said Egypt is a country that is easy to reach and has all facilities and conference halls. He added that Egypt is a country that is secure and has an abundance of trained labour and specialists in all fields.

The authority also held a dinner in Barcelona that was attended by around 170 people. Many of the participants also took part in a contest and won prizes that were presented by Egyptian exhibitors. Noteworthy, the exhibition was attended by around 15 companies and hotels from Egypt. The Cairo International Conference Centre took part in the exhibition as well along with Chief Executive Officer of the centre Adel El Masri.
