Mostafa Fathallah wins Egypt's fifth medal in Rio 2016 Paralympics

Sprinter Mostafa Fathallah secured on Sunday 11/9/2016 the fifth medal for Egypt in the Rio 2016 Paralympics by winning a silver in the 100m T37 category in athletics.

 

The Egyptian runner won in a time of 11.54 seconds.

 

The gold medal went to South African Sprinter Charles de Tweet who won the race in a time of 11.45 seconds, while the bronze medal went to South African Runner Fanni van der Merwe who finished the race in a time of 11.54 seconds.
