President Sisi's visit to UAE

President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi heads on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for a two-day visit to hold talks with UAE leaders on enhancing bilateral relations and continuing consultations and coordination on various regional and international issues of common interest.
The visit of the President to UAE comes within the framework of close brotherly relations between Egypt and the UAE, which will contribute to promoting cooperation between the two countries in various fields and ensuring coordination in facing challenges of the Arab nation of boosting Joint Arab action and defending Arab National Security.
On 3/5/2017, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived in Abu Dhabi. The President was welcomed at the airport by Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and held a session of talks with Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed during which he expressed happiness over visiting the UAE. The President said Egypt takes pride in sisterly and cooperation relations linking it to the UAE under Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
On 3/5/2017, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi had talks with Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, who welcomed Sisi and asserted that Egypt was of a special status for the UAE and its people.
The Abu Dhabi CP stressed his country's constant support to Egypt at all levels in order to achieve the Egyptian people's aspirations of stability and development.
The UAE leader reaffirmed that Egypt's stability was key for the whole region thanks to Cairo's strategic and historic depth for the Arab world.
On 4/5/2017, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi returned home after wrapping up a two-day visit to the UAE.
Sisi's visit to the Gulf country comes within the framework of the strong relations binding Egypt and the UAE, which in turn could help push forward bilateral cooperation in different fields.
