Trade Minister: Egypt's exports to Tunisia hit USD 187.2 million in 2017

Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil said that non-petroleum Egyptian exports to the Tunisian market registered an increase of 40.7% reaching $187.2 million in 2017 compared to $133 million during 2016.
In a statement on Saturday 17/02/2018, the minister pointed out to the trade agreements between the two countries such as the Agadir Agreement which contribute to a great extent to facilitating the flow of bilateral trade.
Qabil underlined that Egypt achieved a surplus hitting $317 million pertaining to the trade balance between the two countries in 2017 compared to $123 million in 2016.
