Tuesday، 06 March 2018 - 04:11 PM

Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Hamdy Louza opened on Tuesday 6/3/2018 a training course for workers taking part in organizing the coming presidential election.

Attending the ceremony were judge Yasser Maabady of the National Election Authority (NAE) and Assistant Foreign Minister for Administrative and Financial Affairs Ambassador Ismail Khairat, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid.

The course comes within the framework of coordination between the NEA and the Foreign Ministry regarding the vote of Egyptian expatriates in the elections that will be held outside Egypt in 139 embassies abroad on March 16-18, he pointed out.

The course is attended by around 140 workers of the ministry staffers who will be dispatched to Egyptian embassies abroad where the vote will take place, the spokesman noted.

The ministry has been working over the past few weeks for solving all logistical problems or difficulties that might face the diplomatic missions in embassies and consulates where the elections will be held, he added.
