FM follows up expatriates voting in presidential polls

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry is following up preparations for expatriates voting in the presidential elections, that kicked off on Friday.
In statements, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid indicated that Shoukry was briefed by Egyptian diplomatic missions abroad and the elections operations room inside the ministry about the recent developments of the electoral process abroad.
Shoukry urged heads of diplomatic missions abroad to oversee the electoral process by themselves and provide all facilities for voters, added the spokesman.
Egyptian expatriates started on Friday voting in the Egyptian presidential elections that will run for three days for expatriates.
Incumbent President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and leader of al Ghad Party Moussa Mostafa Moussa are competing for the post.
Elections for Egyptian expatriates are held in 139 electoral booths in Egyptian embassies and consulates in 124 countries.
