Non-commissioned officers of Teachers Institute on Thursday gave President Abdel Fattah El Sisi a copy of the Holy Quran.
Also, photos of the military operations in Sinai were displayed alongside photos of terrorists who were killed. President Abdel Fattah El Sisi posthumously honored on Thursday non-commissioned officer Attia Saleh Mohammedan Hassan as he named the 156th batch of graduates of the Non-Commissioned Officers Academy after him.
A documentary film was screened about the life of Armed Forces martyr Atiya Saleh Hamdin after whom the 156th batch was named.
Hamdin participated in the 1956 War as well as the Yemen War, the 1967 War and the War of Attrition and was martyred in day one of the 6th of October War in 1973.
The posthumous first-class Order of the Republic was awarded to him in 1974.
The graduates took their allegiance oath and President Abdel Fattah El Sisi bestowed the third-class Medal of Military Duty on top students.
The national anthem was played at the end of the ceremony.
