Sisi takes part in ‘Young Entrepreneurs' session of Africa Forum

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi took part on Saturday 8/12/2018 in the Young Entrepreneurs Day Presidential Dialogue session on the sidelines of the Africa 2018 Forum, hosted by the Red Sea resort city of Sharm El Sheikh.
Rwanda's President Paul Kagame, and Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed attended the session.
The session aims at realizing the economic potential of the continent's young entrepreneurs and innovators, which could create millions of high-quality jobs and promote inclusive economic growth continent-wide.
Africa Forum 2018 kicked off on Saturday morning in Sharm El Sheikh under the patronage ofSisi with the participation of a galaxy of African leaders.
More than 3,000 entrepreneurs from Africa are participating in the investment forum.
Sisi said that youth face several challenges and they have to work hard to confront them.
Rwanda's president Kagame, whose country holds the rotating presidency of the African Union, delivered a speech before the session.
He expressed support for Sisi's assertion that action is necessary for a better economic future of the continent, its youth and peoples.
There should be mechanisms for encouraging youth entrepreneurs in Africa, Kagame said.
During the session, a group of young African entrepreneurs reviewed their experience in investments and ways of facing challenges in addition to offering solutions to overcome them.
After displaying documentaries that showed the youth ideas, President Sisi explained the magnitude of these challenges and how they affect the development process.
In the meantime, the president of the African Union affirmed the importance of benefiting from the unexploited potentials in the continent, underscoring the necessity of facilitating the free movement of youth among the continent's states.
He also thanked President Sisi for his words and ideas.
