President Abdel Fattah El Sisi stressed on Saturday 8/12/2018 that challenges must be faced and youth should be supported.
Addressing the Young Entrepreneurs session of the Africa 2018 Forum in Sharm El Sheikh, Sisi noted that governments face great challenges to create jobs for young people, but they overcome them.
Sisi said "We are here, as young people, governments, businessmen and investors, to participate in development, to overcome challenges, and create jobs for young people and women to ensure a better life for them."
"We must all understand in this international forum as officials and youth the causes and challenges that exist in our African countries, including Egypt, in order to realize the ambitions and hopes of young people," he said.
He pointed to the importance of energy and its resources that are needed to bring about renaissance in African countries, especially those with large populations such as Egypt and Nigeria, as well as infrastructure, industry and investments to provide sufficient energy.
"Both governments and young people face great challenges to provide the necessary infrastructure, environment and climate to create jobs in Egypt and the African continent", the President said.
