Sisi orders structural reforms of tourism sector
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi gave his orders on Monday 14/1/2019 carrying out structural reforms of the tourism sector to ensure sustainable development.
The president gave the order during a meeting with Tourism Minister Rania el Mashat and Presidential Assistant for National and Strategic Projects Sherif Ismail.
Mashat Spoke of efforts exerted to develop the tourism sector and hone skills of staffers, presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said.
The minister also stressed the importance of drafting new tourism laws and boosting cooperation with the international organizations to improve the ratings of Egypt's hotels.
She noted that the tourism sector witnessed a remarkable improvement during the period from 2016 to 2018.
