Sisi arrives in Germany to attend Munich Security Conf. 2019

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived in Germany on Thursday to attend the Munich Security Conference (MSC) 2019 which is due to open on Friday.
In statements, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said that the MSC is one of the most important international conferences which addresses the global security policy.
The conference brings together hundreds of leaders, prominent figures and decision makers from the world countries to discuss means of facing global challenges at the different levels, the spokesman said.
During the conference, President Sisi will put forth Egypt's vision to reach political solutions to crises in the Middle East region in light of Egypt's foreign policy which is based on respect of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of each state, he added.
Sisi will also highlight Egypt's efforts to fight terrorism and extremist ideology, as well as Egypt's vision to promote joint African action in the coming stage in light of its presidency of the African Union, the spokesman said.
Sisi will stress Egypt's efforts to push forward regional economic integration in Africa, facilitate inter-trade movement within the framework of Africa Agenda 2063 for sustainable and comprehensive development and post-conflict reconstruction and development in Africa, the spokesman added.
During his stay in Germany, Sisi will meet a number of heads of state and government to promote bilateral cooperation in the various domains, along with exchanging views on the latest regional and international issues of mutual interest, the spokesman noted.
Sisi will also have talks with businessmen and heads of companies in Germany as part of Egypt's efforts to promote investment and development in the country, he said.
They will also review the latest development in Egypt's economic reform program and the implementation of development projects, he added.
