Egyptian Orthodox church in New Zealand deplores attack on two mosques

The Egyptian Coptic Orthodox Church in New Zealand mourned the victims of the terror attack that targeted two mosques in Christchurch city during Friday prayers, leaving dozens dead and injured.
In a statement, the church expressed deep regret over the attack, extending its condolences to the victims’ families and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
New Zealand Herald said 49 people were killed after mass shootings at two Christchurch mosques in the worst terror attack on New Zealand soil.
Police Commissioner Mike Bush said the shootings were "abhorrent". At the Deans Ave mosque 41 people were killed, while seven others died at the Linwood mosque. A 49th person died in hospital. MENA
