Egypt organizes a fascinating opening ceremony to the U-23 AFCON

Africa U-23 Cup of Nations kicked off on Friday, November 8 at Cairo Stadium after a stunning opening ceremony that amazed Egyptian and African fans.
The opening ceremony which was attended by CAF President Ahmad Ahmad and organized by Presentation Company, started one hour prior to the opening game was just amazing.
Famed Egyptian band Sharmoofers and Nesma Mahgoub rock out while the fireworks spread joy and happiness between fans at the stadium.
Through this opening ceremony, Egypt affirmed its position as a regional hub when it comes to organizing the biggest tournaments.
Egypt plays in Group A alongside Mali, Ghana and Cameroon while the second group comprises of Zambia, South Africa, Nigeria and Ivory coast.
The top three teams will represent the continent at 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games.
