Meetings of the water resources and irrigation ministers of Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia resumed on Tuesday 3/12/2019 continuing talks on the mechanism of operation of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) and filling its reservoir, with the participation of representatives from the World Bank and the US.
