Cairo International Book Fair along its history as of 1969 till 2006

Ever since its establishment in 1969, the Cairo International Book Fair has played a key role in boosting the Arab cultural movement.

The fair accomplishments over the past 40 years stand evident to the high echo it has triggered in the realm of culture at both regional and international levels. The increasing number of participants, as a matter of fact, is the most striking evidence to wide-scope cultural interaction climate the fair has managed to create over its long history.
