Marathon for women at Cairo Stadium
A Marathon for women will be organized by Suzanne Mubarak International Women Movement for Peace.
The Marathon race poses a message for Egyptian woman to practice sports as a means for peace and development and as a concept that positively contributes in creating an atmosphere of tolerance, understanding and respect for the others.

The new initiative
This event is characterized by being a new initiative to Egypt's women. Such step is the first of its kind to be directly addressed to Egypt's women to practice this sport in a collective form for all women in general regardless of their category.
