The volume of trade between the two countries in 2009, reached 35.6 Million Dollars (8.7 million Egyptian exports and 26.9 million imports). The agricultural products such as fruits and other products such as textiles are the most Egyptian exports, while industrial products such as tractors and wood products are the most important imports from Serbia.

  • Agreement on Air services between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia concluded on February 20th, 1955.
  • Commercial and Economic long-term Cooperation Agreement between the United Arab Republic and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia concluded on October 27th, 1958.

  • Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to taxes on income, between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia concluded on June 27th, 1987.
  • Agreement on Mutual Encouragement and Protection of Investments between the Government of Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of Serbia and Montenegro, concluded on 24th May, 2005.
  • Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to taxes on income concluded on 31st July 2005.
  • Agreement on Cooperation in the fields of Culture, Education and Sports between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro concluded on 23rdNovember 2005, the Agreement was approved subject to ratification with reservation.
  • Protocol on Political Consultation between the Foreign Ministries in both countries concluded on 12th January, 2005.
  • Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Egyptian Institute of Diplomatic Studies and the Serbian Diplomatic Academy concluded on 14th February, 2010.
