Relations between Egypt and Ghana are witnessing great development especially in the economic and development fields. The two countries are trying to take advantage of the capabilities and expertise of each to push the development process.

Trade volume in 2008 reached about 200 million pounds:
Egypt's exports to Ghana: 140 million pounds.
Egypt's imports from Ghana: 60 million pounds.

Trade Volume in 2007 reached about 155 million pounds:
Egypt's exports to Ghana: 110 million pounds.
Egypt's imports from Ghana: 45 million pounds.

Trade volume in 2006 reached about 135 million Egyptian pounds:
Egypt's exports to Ghana: 110 million pounds.
Egypt's imports from Ghana: 25 million pounds.
